      Great place to be, if all one aspires is to be a 'Yes' man/woman, with nothing more to offer,

      Cons

      Loyalty (read; 'say yes to everything, or whatever the management wants to hear') is valued over ability. Unholy fixation to share price and chasing revenue, without knowing or caring about the root cause, which prevented said desired growth in the first place.

      - Hands-on experience with different technologies, including 3D printing and thermal testing - Able to have real project ownership as an intern - Exposure to industry-standard software - Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impacted product quality and reliability - Positive work environment and friendly team members - Very welcoming

      - I'm young and there were few younger people - I didn't have a SOLIDWORKS license to work on 3D printing projects
