Pros
Avianca is a fantastic company to join if you're looking for world-class airline experience. Many areas, departments and VPs in which you can utilice your talents to keep the airline competitive. As a learning experience, I would say is in the top of El Salvador as a country, and definitely in the top spots in the region (central america). Great colleagues and bosses, that constantly work with you to get the best results.
Cons
Salaries are not as competitive as other industries in the country and increases (unless you're being promoted) don't happen as regular and significant as they should be. Long working hours. Not enough non-monetary incentives. Not a clear grow path for employees.
