Cons
2 Saturday off. Salary low as compared to IT Standards. Leave approval is just a thing on paper. Poor management. You are on your own if you need help on any challenges in coding. No corporate culture. They assign double the work one can finish for the given timeline. They frequently assign new work when it is time to leave for the day and will make you sit and finish the same. Nobody will ever appreciate the efforts you put or the quality you deliver. Your salary depends on the variables which will never be fulfilled as they assign more work with inadequate deadline. Salary Increment is a thing to laugh at..500 RS Increment!! They don't provide salary slips reason being employee retention.. Lol 😅 Work for 1 year and leave ASAP!
