Pay is low, no room for advancement, upper management is always right even when they are not. Iif you are a woman, you cannot be in sales or marketing if you are not young and super skinny - they have an image to uphold. Upper management are not professional while at work - holding grudges, yelling at employees, etc. Some departments are overworked while some can stand around talking for very long periods of time. Lots of double standards. If you want to stay sane and keep your self-confidence, pick another company to work for.
