      Pros

      Lax dress code because you can't afford to buy nice clothes for the pay you get. Management is so busy they will never breathe down your neck.

      Cons

      Pay. No opportunity for advancement. You can have free soda but bottled water is only for important people.

      Management at Avertium strikes the perfect balance: supportive without being overbearing. It's refreshing to have the freedom to work independently. Plus, no micromanagement!
