- Very small intellectual capital inside the firm itself, most of what you can learn depends on the client to which you are sent, however there are too few interesting projects at clients offered by the firm which means it's difficult to follow a career path in which you learn a lot
- A lot of room for improvement in terms of management culture: as a consultant, your interests are not considered at all by many business managers, who don't hesitate to misrepresent the content of client projects to you in order to send you where they want and achieve their individual performance targets. Sometimes some of them even encourage you to lie to clients about your qualifications in order to win contracts with them. Besides, one of the male HR managers frequently exhibits cases of blatant misconduct around women.
