Any questions about the company structure and payment breakdown is very vague with little to no concrete information. Cult-like atmosphere and little is fully explained and you are expected to blindly follow anything you're told by your mentor/trainer who is usually a person who just got hired before you by not even 3-6 months. You're dropped in the middle of a train station or any large open public space and are expected to basically pan handle and pitch a product/service or in my case a non-profit donation. They brush away any constructive criticism as lack of ambition and not paying attention to the instructions. to be your fault and not just an inherently flawed system. I was literally getting paid 3 dollars an hour in order to work that space and pitch from 8:30am-7pm. They expect you to think and truly believe that you'll go from making 200ish dollars a week to almost $100k in a matter of 6-12 months. It's frankly the worst experience I ever had with a company because they assume you have a low level of intellect and will not be able to think or act for your benefit and to be a martyr for the product.
