Pros
The people, first and foremost. I’ve worked in some solid teams before, but the caliber of talent, creativity, and just sheer personality here is something else. It’s a culture of high trust and equally high performance... no ego, no micromanaging, just smart, kind people who genuinely want to build something better for marketers and creatives. The mission also really resonates: we’re not just building another AI tool, we’re trying to fix a broken system. There’s a real commitment here to respecting people’s time, creating better work, and giving the world something that will make it a better place. It really feels like we’re building a movement, not just a product. There’s also a ton of room to contribute beyond your title. If you’ve got good ideas, they’re not just heard... they’re implemented, fast. You’re trusted to own your lane, but never left out of the bigger picture.
Cons
It’s a startup - so the pace is fast and things are evolving constantly. You have to enjoy building while flying, but that’s also part of the fun if you’re wired that way.
