4/10 work schedule with Fridays off (more on this later)

Company financial status is poor. No real training. Engineering designs constantly retweaked leading to late deliveries. End of month crunches requiring products to get out the door would require assembly staff to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Compensation is good. Worked with some amazing and knowledgeable people. 4/10 work week -Every Friday off.

Financially company isn't doing well. Not much work and training is scarce. Benefits aren't that great.
