I joined Aveosoft in 2023 as an intern with basic knowledge of web development fundamentals like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Over the last 3 years, I have grown into a software developer by working on real projects and learning step by step through practical experience. The company encourages continuous learning. If someone wants to explore new technologies, they provide access to different learning platforms and resources. When AI tools started becoming important, the company arranged AI sessions and provided tools like Cursor Premium. After that, they also organized a hackathon where teams built projects using these tools. I have worked in a large team environment, and during my time here I was also given the opportunity to lead one of the projects as a team lead. Leading a project and coordinating with the team helped me gain valuable leadership and project management experience. The work culture is friendly. We celebrate festivals, organize team trips, Fun Friday activities, and also play box cricket every two weeks which helps the team relax and stay active.
