      Pros

      •Recognised company •Nice facilities to work within •Residents and staff are mostly friendly and of a nice nature

      Cons

      •Pay scheme is very basic, find ways to avoid paying any overtime etc •Payroll team are poor at communicating if there are any issues, of which during my employment there were many •Communication problems between staff •General census from staff and visitors were mainly negative

      Some staff and colleagues are great Nothing else to count as pros

      Cons

      1 person = 5 peoples job 5 days in the office, work life balance is terrible New management doesn’t care about employees Hiring junior, less experienced employees to replace years of experience and loyalty
