Toxic - Sales Avenza Systems Employee Review

Avenza is a vibrant and busy company with a lot on the go. The headcount has doubled in the last year (even under COVID) and most people who were here before that are still here. In fact the average is 6 years amongst current staff, including people who have joined recently. There are, of course ,at least 2 sides to every story and without knowing who you are it is difficult to respond properly, but what we can say, in general terms, is that management expects self-starting independent go-getters who do not require excessive or unwarranted oversight. There are many here who fit that bill and are left to do their work, add value and grow with the company. If, on the other hand, someone's experience is different from that, there are probably very good and justifiable reasons for it from a company and management perspective. So please, anyone reading this and considering employment with Avenza, ask yourself if you are an outgoing, hard-working self-starter with initiative or a run of the mill pack member who needs supervision and oversight.
