Great communication and ethics. They provide great training and a chance for you to help train others. Always looking to improve with new platforms or ideas coming in from employees. They compensation for vehicle usage is great and Benefits are awesome.

For me it is driving. But that is part of my job.

Everyone is quite friendly, and the bosses are ok. They can be a little bit difficult, I've been told off but I've never been scolded for my mistakes. They will just ask us to fix them. I've been in agencies where I hear screaming all the time hence I think the management is generally nice. I haven't had crazy hours, latest I've worked till is 8pm, which by advertising standards is pretty good, and I start work at 1030am! I haven't had to work a single weekend either, which is refreshing. I guess there are people who think advertising is a 9-5 job, so it upsets them when things don't adhere to their ways.

Salary can be a little better, and there were a few toxic people in the agency. Fortunately they were asked to leave. Management can be too involved in the work, and they need a lot of convincing before they buy your work.
