1. Very toxic bullying culture you will notice the moment you step in that negative energy is overwhelming. 2. Management are incompetent, consist bunch of narcissist who are leading the team through fear. Blaming culture especially where is your team spirit? 3. Messy management with one too many lead to handle a project. 4. Some really undeserving team lead who has no compassion or empathy for team member (SAP project, KL office) she got promoted and started exerting authority and bullying team member into submission. If you question or challenge her decision she will bring up her boss which is (Mohan) is this even professional? cannot reason with her. This type of lead only exist in AG through boot licking and desperation for visibility. 5. HR is even worst so unprofessional, especially the lady HR sitting there looking like a sour plum who can't fake even a smile. My resignation was not acknowledge until last day and when texted the HR threatened to hold my pay if i don't come in to office for exit interview. 1. She made mistake by not acknowledging then the audacity to try and threaten you via WhatsApp! but of course my pay is not affected. 6. High attrition rate for a company: mean once you're in you notice so much red flag in it. 7. Inclusion and diversity? none at all it's very dominant ! 8. There is no empathy when you are sick you still summon in chat to attend meeting as if the company will collapse without you! (rather a compliment to the agent) to feel this important.
