Pros
Great people, culture and fun place to work. Lots of travel opportunities...I went to Australia and New Zealand several times for conferences. The conference topics are very interesting to work on. The staff are what make the company great. Friday night drinks every week and just a great place to work.
Cons
Not a lot of opportunity to progress because its a SME so it's good a couple of years but need to move on to another company to move up the chain.
