      Pros

      A new company in the medical engineering field. Great sense of achievement and the ability to drive new projects. The engineering staff are a great bunch of guys.

      Cons

      Far to many young girls in positions where they should not be. Very inefficient systems, and negative quality culture. Playground politics are in abundance, due to the immaturity of the administration staff. Engineering staff worked to the bone with no recognition for their hard work.

      Management are supportive of work / home balance. Company car/van Opportunity to share knowledge with other engineers Friendly staff Good salary Manage your own workload Bonuses and overtime available Private healthcare

      Cons

      Progression can be slow - once you reach a certain level you can only progress if higher position staff leave or retire.
