I work PRN in BH and have only been here a few months but have to say I've had nothing but positive experiences. I feel entirely supported and feel like the company TRULY wants what is best for the patients. I feel that the company/management hears any concerns and takes action.

The pay is lower than I hoped but still manageable. I like that even PRN staff can have a 401 k that is matched

Leadership has a positive reputation. Their core mission to make care accessible shines through.

Recruitment/retention/expansion within the tele health sector remains limited by implementation of the 12 hour-only shift structure. Worse yet this does not adjust across time zones. This is a large drawback compared to other companies’ scheduling structure and flexibility, ie rigidity in leadership.
