Diverse group of nice people to work with on products that make Lasik better and new technology that has promise to get rid of eyeglasses and contacts without Lasik surgery. Excellent work facility with a full service cafeteria, indoor parking and well equipped gym. The company has a catered summer picnic every year in Ipswich for employees and their families, a great Christmas cocktail/dinner party at the Taj in Boston for employees and their significant others, and every several weeks the CEO stops work early and gets all the employees together for a business update from him with pizza and beer. Benefits are some of the best: The company fully pays health and dental including family members; three weeks vacation (two for hourly people); 11 paid holidays; and half-day Fridays during all of August! Almost always 8 to 5, M-F.
