      They let you do your own thing.

      Market is tough for the individual day trader theses days. You need a decent amount of capital. You have to be able to withstand some losses.

      lots of freedom, they leave you alone to run your strategy, there's good tools and software. fair people

      no salary, desk is shrinking a bit, sometimes communication be lacking
