      I have never worked for a company that asks what you think and then follows through with those ideas. Have never felt so appreciated for my knowledge base before.

      Creating a community is hard since everyone works across the US and meet mostly on Teams

      Very understanding with regard to work-life balance. Culture is top notch and leadership is solid

      Pay is possibly a tad low but it is pretty fair to market

      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and peers, benefits are average, product is fairly solid. Marketing team is fantastic.

      Cons

      Unless you’re an Account Executive or Manager, the pay is underwhelming. Leadership has completely lost its way. Sales team morale is nonexistent.
