      Pros

      - The director of software engineering was a great boss - A lot of staff that really cares about the product

      Cons

      - They claim to be "agile" but all planning was done mainly waterfall style - Upper management is out of touch with how to develop software and doesn't actually listen to people who are directly working with the software - There are no merit based raises. If your salary is deemed average for the area, you won't get a cent more

      Very understanding with regard to work-life balance. Culture is top notch and leadership is solid

      Pay is possibly a tad low but it is pretty fair to market

      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and peers, benefits are average, product is fairly solid. Marketing team is fantastic.

      Cons

      Unless you’re an Account Executive or Manager, the pay is underwhelming. Leadership has completely lost its way. Sales team morale is nonexistent.
