No loyalty Horribly mismanaged Liars, don't appreciate employee's legitimate hard work Hire and fire people randomly with no explanation There's this boogeyman named Dave that lurks in the shadows but nobody likes (owner? of the company). Apparently he's "not a people person". Does not care about employees, makes horrible impulsive decisions, You will be shipped off without any notice at any time and treated poorly. You will be lied to, spoken about behind your back, etc. Horrid culture, company simply has a hard time competing in this space. They don't get any work from the Legal/Forensics people that subcontract them, because of poor political relations between owner/management and their business partners. No work life balance. Pretty much everyone who works here is miserable and worried about being let go
