From my honest review, the supervisor and SME's are bully. Treating employee like slavery. If outsourcing project is layoff, they will sent employee to home by getting resignation letter from him/her self. I was referred my friends to this company, they really felt bad. You are not even getting leave for Indian national holidays and saturday. If you put leave then you have LOP and need to write CAR. Worst Place to work. No culture and discipline. Most important thing is that salary will be credited hardly after 10th of every day. No PF or ESI or any other insurance.
