      Free formation, and oracle certifications, good location in the centre of Madrid, good and kind people and green soul company.

      Cons

      Not very transparent with newcomers, talking about project assignment and working conditions. Nothing else is bad from my point of view

      Pros

      Challenging and awesome colleagues. Smart and kind treat, great access to oracle resources. Flexibility. Your skills will grow up. Great culture. Good compensation

      Cons

      Writing articles, continuosly training and getting oracle certifications is mandatory. Also contribution in blogs and solving team's questions give you good chances to get promoted. Hard work, specially for some projects and teams.
