      No Human resources departament No operations manager No effor to make any company culture Very bad communication Say they are transparent but they are not Company first clients next ...employees last

      Pros

      International atmosphere, positive team activities and work. Good opportunities to evolve professionally on a Global company.

      Cons

      Work some times is hard, specially at support and technical developments. The evolution of the company is quite important so it is required professionalism and team work skills. This company is not for free riders or people not used to asume responsibilities.
