      Office is situated in middle of villages & Farms; Pure air, No traffic

      Cons

      - High Corruption & Politics (Favoritism) - Very Bad Culture - not good for growth - Irregular Salaries (at times would be deducted without your knowledge or informing) - Consider employees as servants - Zero respect for individuals/experience - Bad Leadership

      Pros

      The faculty members are very cooperative and supportive. Colleagues are friendly and work together as a team.

      Cons

      Management needs major improvement in terms of employee handling. Salaries are always delayed. Employees are not treated well, and appreciation is very limited. Promotions are not based on performance or experience. Salary growth is quite low compared to the efforts and years of service given.
