Avanti could benefit from expanding their paid holidays (currently only 7), as well as keeping a closer eye on individual workload as work ebbs and flows to challenging levels at times.

Company Culture is great, they work hard on making sure you feel connected with everyone at the company.

Pay could be better. Not as transparent as I would like when it comes to the profits the company makes as there is a profit sharing program.
