Great place to work. Friendly work environment. Managers are very supportive of their teams. There are good opportunities to progress and great perks for those who hit their targets. These include two paid-for holidays per year (European destinations in the summer and longer-haul destinations in the winter) and monthly meals out to top restaurants e.g. Michelin-star establishments. There's a good mix of work and fun. Everyone pulls together and supports each other. If you're prepared to put the work in there is a lot to like about working for Avanti Rec.

Some people may not enjoy being in the office 5x days a week. This isn't a con for me but it might be for people who prefer working from home. There are opportunities to work from home under some circumstances but the general rule is you are expected to be in the office.
