Excellent training - detailed to make sure everyone has a comprehensive understanding of their individual markets and general recruitment processes. Management - The management will stay and put in extra hours to help you if you put the effort in - They genuinely care about making you successful. Time - You are given time to flourish. Certainly not a revolving door policy! Social - Company nights out are genuinely amazing, seriously you will have a great night. People - Everyone is different, no two people are the same. There are no small groups like in other rec companies. The company are a like a family. Overall just a great company! I came here from another recruitment company and can safely say this is 10* better.
