Company is in a downward spiral, losing major businesses, tech used is ancient. They're not able to compete with big players in the industry and just fired over a 100 people. Most people are not qualified to do their job, they are too lazy and arrogant to learn and adapt. Too much bureaucracy, every single email has to be 'approved' by line manager before being sent out. Teams don't communicate with one another, there is no common objective that everyone works towards, major issues are sweeped under the carpet.
