Pros
The majority of people are lovely. The culture used to be really good - has reached sub par levels over the past year - atrocious atmosphere in the office now. Well balanced in terms of the gender split.
Cons
The CEO. Appointing his friends and family and likely paying them silly money. Sexist comments in all company meetings. Laughing about how much the company spent on his ego-trip of an office. Completely unaware of what normal life is like for normal people. Irresponsible spending of money on things like sporting events and his family’s businesses.
