Pros
I have absolutely loved my time at AvantGaurd. I genuinely believe every employee is valued and treated as an essential part of the team. One of the coolest things about AvantGaurd is that many of its leaders begin at the level of an operator and with hard work are able to grow within the company. This contributes greatly to the fact that leadership understands how it feels adjusting to the job and does a wonderful job helping create a safe environment for everyone where growth is possible!
Cons
The job of an operator is not an easy one. In a lot of ways, it can be difficult, especially when new employees go through training and have to take in a significant amount of new information. If you stick with it though, it gets easier and the purpose behind why we do what we do makes it so worth it.
