Pros
The atmosphere is great, there was always some kind of celebration or fun thing happening/coming up, the people were so nice and welcoming. Coworkers were never a complaint for me.
Cons
The turnover rate is high, which is expected in a call center. However, I've worked in many call centers and I've never seen it so bad. There was two people there that had been there for 10 years, but everyone else was an average of 6 months. There were a few 2+ years, a few more just over a year, but more than half were less than a year.
