Pros
It is good pay and it feels rewarding to know you are making a difference for so many people. Great coworkers, everyone is supporting everyone. We are all on the same team.
Cons
It is impossible to get your hours changed and impossible to get shifts covered. It is very difficult to move up. I also came in at a time they were low staffed but "currently hiring tons of people". They were understaffed the entire time I worked there.
