Pros
EMPLOYEES COMES FIRST! Everyone is so nice and non-judgmental. There are so many perks and fun give aways. They will help with financial difficulties and also has a wide range of other help. Fun little competitions and contests. Its a great place to work and help lift anyone up from other job places that made you feel like you dont matter and can be replaced. This place makes you feel and make it know that we matter and they would rather work and do what they can to keep the employees they have already hired instead of looking for new ones.
Cons
Covid has changed the center. Its slightly harder to connect with those you are working with due to many working at home and a few working in central. But even then its not impossible. We communicate thru chat and get to know everyone a little bit every day. Still its not the same as in-person connecting like it was before Covid.
