Pros
There's a great atmosphere here, all of the coaches, SC's, TM's and managerial staff are really patient and willing to help.
Cons
The job itself can be a bit static and sometimes when it isn't busy it's a lot of waiting for alarms to come in, etc. But the staff and atmosphere make that time pass a lot quicker and as long as you care about the job and the people you're helping, it's awesome.
