Pros
- They're VERY flexible with your school schedule! - They offer part-time for when you're on track at school and let you switch back to full-time when you're off track.
Cons
- The call volume can be pretty overwhelming sometimes when a lot of alarms go off at the same time. It isn't too common, but when it happens it's a bit crazy. - It's a bit hard to get time off during the holidays (this is a 24/7/365 company/service, so people ALWAYS need to be staffed. Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day, etc. are pretty hard to get someone to cover for you). Although there is almost always a couple people who just wants to rack up as many hours as possible and will take your shift haha. However, they will also make it so that if you worked during Christmas this year you'll get it off next year (maybe that's a pro point).
