Pros
I have worked here for almost 4 years and have loved it. The job itself is pretty straight forward and can be mastered fairly quickly and easily, but what really makes the company special are the people. Many of the executives have been here for since it's inception and are still incredibly approachable and humble. The CEO fosters first name relationships with everybody he can and my leadership has mentored me incredibly during the time I've been here.
Cons
Sometimes certain projects or changes take longer to be realized than was expected and the eta isn't always clearly communicated to the people who want to know. Also being elevated to middle management comes with a plethora of extra responsibilities but doesn't seem to have a very structured system of training for those new job roles.
