Toxic leadership. Inexperienced. Management lies. Can't go to HR, since they seem to be protecting the inner circle and will do nothing. Seen some of the most talented engineers leave this company as a result. Seen first hand some of the lies by management to get rid of good employees. Solid engineers leaving every day. Currently in a downward spiral. I believe the financial situation is leading to employment cuts with more to come. Customers and industry are aware and watching. Tired of picking up the slack due to being shorthanded as a result. Then being made to feel like I'm the problem when I refuse. Some of the reviews on here are questionable. I suggest you talk to current or past employees to confirm what I have said. Need to be part of the inner circle in Concord to advance. Many leadership changes occurring. The fluffing is finally being exposed.
