      Pros

      Good people at the lower levels of the company. fairly reasonable compensation.

      Cons

      Constant turnover at the C-Suite and Manager levels. No loyalty to the workers, with quick terminations to save a buck. Zero transparency from the PE that purchased in 2024. No path for growth. Corporate wide pitfalls in communication. Used to feel like a family but now feels like a cold corporate grinder. Constant decreases in employee benefits.

      Pros

      Everyone cares from the CEO to my colleagues. I truly feel like I'm apart of something special and everyone works together to succeed. It feels like family here and I enjoy everything Avante offers. Benefits and pay are good and competitive compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule. Nice coworkers. Decent pay. Open to ideas.

      Cons

      Old business style and reluctance from leadership to change their ways of doing business. Leadership is almost all white men. Favoritism of men over women is obvious. Poor leadership of the sales teams, and little training, is sinking the business. A lot of people doing the bare minimum and getting by, or even promoted, by rubbing elbows and being social but overall under qualified. Little room for advancement, they went through 3 presidents in my 3 years there,
