      Management is from out of state and has no idea what operating in California is like. Corporate constantly being in new out of store management to “fix” the issue despite it being an in store personnel issue. Registration and vehicle payoffs are not completed regularly working 60 days, many purchasers including the best friends of this reviewer have had their credit affected by this groups lack of management skill. Most of management is brought from Texas/Mexico where the group started, and is unable to effectively communicate with local staff. Petaluma location was given 9 days notice of closure, despite the management being aware weeks before date was given.

      If you don't like your manager, just give it a week. You'll have another.

      Management Churn. Zero Continuity. A new supervisor (on every management level) every week and every month. Paychecks are never correct. It's completely unacceptable being told that you cannot cash your paycheck when you receive it, or worse depositing your check and it BOUNCES! Terminating anyone with tenure, only to bring in the incompetent and dishonest "buddies" of the newest manager as replacements. Forget about taking your days off, it's the fastest way to be asked to leave. It comes as no surprise that the dealerships in Marin County are being shuttered after only a year and a half of being in business. I don't anticipate the Avante Group lasting another year.
