      Pros

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Great customer base, friendly. Kept busy during peak travel season, not alot of busy work.

      Cons

      Board and executive team ran company to the ground, bankruptcy. Left employees without last paycheck, and 4 days of medical coverage.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, good employees. Human Resources department always takes care of the employees as best as they can. Every day is different and exciting.

      Cons

      Upper management should listen to the middle managers in the day to day operations. Not enough planes to support the owners.
