      Pros

      Its a job in a great location.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Robbing parts is the mainstay of keeping aircraft flying. There is no money for parts. I do not see this company lasting more than another few years with the financial problems and management problems they are facing.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, good employees. Human Resources department always takes care of the employees as best as they can. Every day is different and exciting.

      Cons

      Upper management should listen to the middle managers in the day to day operations. Not enough planes to support the owners.
