      Pros

      AG is truly a great team to work for. They strive for inclusivity. Compared to many nightclubs they take a lot of responsibility when it comes to our safety and our mental health given the nature of our work. The team as big as it is feels like one big family for the summer.

      Long hours because the events are long.
