      Pros

      Nothing...except for few snacks and food...as though you are some medieval slaves.. working for bread and coins without any dignity and self respect Work, yeah a product based company.. very interesting... if not for the management making you hate work

      Reena Gupta, as in many other reviews I want to reiterate, she is expert in making peoples life miserable Not sure if she was planning to hire an employee or some personal assistant...who can wake her up for a meeting or she can vent her frustration on... She has no respect for any human being...be it employee/client... However, HR and colleagues are there for you (oh yeah..to console after the tantrums) working culture here is like a warzone.. Yeah I know start up and all... but a basic process should be in place especially working with management of this sort...who doesn't leave a stone unturned to blame you....even if there is not mistake at the first place

      Pros

      The company encourages employee development. They provide training materials, videos and certifications on the product. They also have a program for employees to take and obtain Salesforce Certifications. If you are willing to work hard and take the initiative to learn the product and Salesforce platform, you will be rewarded and quickly move up in the ranks. It's a great company to build up your experience in a wide range of industries and on the Salesforce platform. The day goes by quickly because you are always busy and will never run out of things to do. There are a lot of resources you can leverage if you get stuck and are unable to find a solution to a client issue both internally and through partnerships. The team enjoys working with each other and you will build relationships quickly even as a remote resource.

      Pros

      It was a great learning experience. I really learned to manage on my own and I got great feedback as my clients were very happy with their experience working with me.

      Cons

      I came in thinking great small team would help me learn from others more experienced. Ended up on my own.

      We have smaller teams and by nature of the team being smaller, we cannot hand hold everyone, you need to be adding value to the team. Folks joining in must be self starter and be able to contribute back to the team. This is a great place to learn "new" things, not a place to "start your learning". If you are self driven we can provide you an environment of accelerated learning, but you need to ready for it. We have taken your inputs and have included an extended training program new joinees.
