Joining Avania is definitely the best decision I made. I appreciate the company is trying hard to build a new culture since the pandemic and the management team do listen to our suggestions. How refreshing! We have had 2 get together meetings in each region and I love that you want to invest in me. As I am fully remote, I welcome these opportunities. Knowing we are growing gives me much job security which is unusual in these times.
Cons
It is a fast based business and can be a challenge if you are not used to working this way. Lots of acquisitions and change. And it can be hard to find people to join this niche business but there is a great training program for CRA's for example and an investment in designated recruiters this year to help.
