I'm really impressed by how we are growing so fast and the way we have scientists (especially software and hardware engineers) that work right with our clinical and regulatory teams. If you want a really scientifically-oriented group this is amazing, and you learn so much from experts and customers. Plus with a focus on medical devices, you don't feel like you are competing with pharam projects, and people really understand engineering and devices here.

Consulting is always fast paced, no real negatives though when you see we are growing so fast

No Pros. You work hard for little pay.

- Programs that actually work- if you are looking for a CTMS that actually is decent, don't join here. Their CTMS is garbage. They complete upgrades, but management doesn't even know what they are and reason on things afterwards. - Management- horrible absolutely horrible managers. Half of them know absolutely nothing. They will not help you out. - Company- this company doesn't pay for internet or give some money, they don't even pay for your office supplies, like pens or post-its. - No communication. - PTO- like another individual stated, you have to take PTO by the end of March, or you'll lose it. The company doesn't have enough employees to force employees to take time off. Or you may get a manager who denies your time off.
