      Pros

      Pay is good. Most non salary jobs are union so the benefits are great too

      Cons

      Director was totally inexperienced. Never seen so much employee theft as I did there. Thousands a month in food and appliances. Per the industry the kitchen is not considered essential. You play by their rules or you get fired. Then they lie about why you're fired so unemployment is not possible. Pretty sure this is only the Oregon City rehab/mt view location as I have heard good things about other facilities. But you will be working overtime guaranteed
