      Pros

      Avamere actually cares about there employees well being. They have a work environment that nourishes and fosters balance.

      Cons

      Unfortunately it is still Medicare and Medicade ran health care. The numbers have to matter.The only thing that isn't so good is our staffing, due to a national shortage.
