Great residents. Good location. Vending machine in break room. Satisfactory amount of lockers. Comfortable furniture for breaks. Majority of floor staff is easy to work with.
Cons
Management doesn't listen to employee complaints or suggestions. Some employees receive preferential treatment. Urine soaked clothing and bedding is left in resident rooms for hours at a time. Site is unsecured - doors are left propped open or do not lock correctly.
